At Thermoform, we primarily use white MR (moisture-resistant) MDF (medium-density fiberboard) for most applications, as the white melamine provides a clean underside to the solid surface. For external applications, aluminium or steel tubing is used, in line with many fabrication guidelines. Additionally, form plywood can be used depending on the client’s specific requirements. Particle board is only used when provided by the client, typically for applications like reception counters.
Can holes be drilled into Solid Surface?
